Prysmian is hiring Machine Operators for our night shift production team. We are looking for dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day.

You do not need previous manufacturing experience to be successful in this role. Candidates with experience in warehouse operations, forklift driving, construction, farming, mechanics, automotive work, landscaping, production, and other physically demanding jobs are encouraged to apply.

Paid training is provided.

Pay & Schedule:

Base Pay: $17.50-$19.00/hr.

Night Shift Differential: +$2.00/hr.

Potential Earnings: $19.50-$21.00/hr.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

What You'll Do:

Operate and monitor production equipment.
Load and unload materials used in production.
Move products throughout the facility.
Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.
Use hand tools and measuring devices.

Physical Requirements:

This is a hands-on, active position.

Candidates should be comfortable:

Standing and walking for 12-hour shifts.
Working around industrial equipment.

Handling reels and materials weighing 50 lbs. or more.
Working in a fast-paced production environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED.
Stable work history.
