Schedule:

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
  • Overtime may be available based on production needs. 40-60 hour weeks.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment.
  • Load, unload, and move production materials.
  • Use hand tools and basic mechanical skills to support production.
  • Follow safety and quality standards.
  • Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of materials, including reels weighing 50 lbs or more.

What We're Looking For:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, construction, farming, mechanical, or other physically demanding work preferred but not required.
  • Stable work history
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing physical labor throughout a 12-hour shift.
  • Able to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
  • Willing to learn and grow with the company.
